This is our go to for lunch on a Saturday. The St.Louis Ribs are fabulous! They smoke ring is perfect, the meat falls off the bone, not over sauced and slightly heavy with the black pepper. If it is a holiday weekend we call ahead to reserve a slab. The BBQ sandwiches are basic and made to order. The BBQ sauce is vinegar based, needs to be bottled and on the Alabama products shelf in Publix. When you pick up your order and the line is long for the drive up window just park and walk up to the take out window. Whatever you do...if you like Sweet Tea, don't forget to get a to-go-cup! This is a take out only. I highly recommend M'ville BBQ for a small to medium event, family dinner or a quick meal. The business is not open on Sunday.
Best BBQ chicken & white sauce. Its so good! Ran by the same lady for 30+ years! Can't mess with perfection!
Great little drive thru bbq joint! Got a rib plate and the ribs were smoked perfectly! Good bark and bite with a nice tangy sauce! Their sides (spicy cole slaw, tater salad, beans) are also much better than many local places. Good prices too and a very friendly nice little family that served it up as well! Will be back next time I'm in the area!
They say the best food comes from hole-in-the-wall type establishments... this place is the EPITOME of that. I've been in Huntsville all my life, and this is the best barbecue I've had here by far. The ribs are so tender they're falling off the bone before you even pick them up. Best barbecue pork sandwiches as well. If you like barbecue and are anywhere near Meridianville, Hazel Green, New Market, the Huntsville metro area period, you gotta try their pulled pork, ribs, or chicken platter. It's a must.
We ALWAYS enjoy their Brunswick stew, but you can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Good food and good people! We appreciate y'all.
The barbecue here is always always delicious just take note at lunchtime it's going to be busy but I recommend this place for the ribs and the chicken
